Trip to Shedd Aquarium + Last First Day of School

Courtney and I went to Shedd Aquarium yesterday for the Illinois Resident Free Days

(I'm not a resident, but I still got in for free!)

gloom city.

so excited to wait in line!

also, today was my last first day (of undergrad at least)

and it as weird to say the least.

A. it was rainy/gloomy/cold/snowy/disgusting so I didn't feel like looking good

B. After going to my two classes (Logic and Jazz Dance 101), it hit me how hard it will be to complete all my classes if I have to have surgery. 

so now I'm just in a weird mood.

I'm excited to be almost done.

But I'm really scared that my teachers won't work with me, 

and just scared in general.

I think just sitting done getting all the materials and seeing the schedule for my classes,

and realizing surgery absolutely is going to f*** that up really hit me today.

but then I ate my weight in Subway,

and went to Andersonville to get my dance attire:

I've never been so excited for a class in my life. I was in dance from age 4-13, 

and then stopped when I hit high school, but I seriously love it and miss it,

so I have some high hopes for this class.

but that leotard is not my favorite thing ever. 

good thing I'm going to work out with miss jennifer tonight!
